What counts as an active user?
A user who signed up with your code or link and shipped at least one parcel with USFans in that calendar month.

What is a shopping agent?+
A shopping agent buys products for you from Chinese platforms like Taobao, Weidian or 1688, checks them in a warehouse with QC photos and ships them to you. USFans is one of these agents – your audience orders through USFans.
Who can apply?+
Anyone who creates finds, haul, fashion or sneaker content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X. No results yet? Start in the Academy.
What is an active user?+
A user who signed up with your code or link and shipped at least one parcel with USFans in that calendar month.
What does NOT count as an active user?+
Self-referrals (you or your own accounts), fake or bot accounts and bought or incentivised sign-ups don’t count – see the creator rules.
How is my rate calculated?+
Your total actives in a month decide your tier. That tier’s rate is paid for every active – e.g. 60 actives × $45 = $2,700.
When do I get paid?+
Monthly, after the month closes and actives are verified.
Do I need a minimum follower count?+
No. We look at engagement, consistency and fit – not just followers.
How long does the review take?+
Usually within 48 hours. You can check your status anytime with your personal link.
What happens with my data?+
We only use it to review your application and contact you. Ask us anytime to delete it.
